Terms of Service

1. Contracting party and eligibility

These Terms are between LEEPSMART LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“LEEPSMART,” “we,” or “us”), and the business customer accepting an order, subscription, or service. Services are intended for lawful business use by persons authorized to bind the customer organization.

2. Service scope

Services may include advertising account application and setup coordination, account management tools, billing support, technical support, and related consulting across supported advertising platforms. The customer’s written order, plan, or invoice defines the purchased scope and takes precedence if it expressly differs from these Terms.

3. Third-party platforms

Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms are independent third parties with their own terms, policies, review processes, and enforcement decisions. LEEPSMART does not control those decisions and does not guarantee account approval, permanent availability, uninterrupted access, campaign approval, reach, spend, or performance.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, identity, billing, and campaign information.
• Use each account only for lawful activity and comply with all applicable advertising-platform policies.
• Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not submit deceptive, infringing, prohibited, sanctioned, or otherwise unlawful ads, products, or services.
• Remain responsible for campaign content, targeting, budgets, and advertising activity carried out for the customer.

5. Fees, payment, trial, and renewal

Published plans are monthly: USD $49 for 1–10 advertising accounts, USD $99 for 11–50 advertising accounts, and USD $199 for 51–100 advertising accounts. Advertising spend, platform top-ups, setup charges, processor fees, currency conversion, taxes, and other separately quoted charges are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Each published plan includes a 7-day free trial and requires a valid payment method to begin. Unless the customer cancels before the trial ends, the selected monthly plan fee is charged automatically when the 7-day trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until cancelled. Before enrollment, the checkout or written order must identify the selected tier, included services, trial start date, first charge date, amount, USD currency, monthly billing interval, renewal behavior, cancellation method, and separate charges, and the customer must accept those terms.

6. Delivery and support

Activation timing depends on complete customer information, payment confirmation, compliance review, and third-party platform availability. Support covers the scope stated in the customer’s order and does not include control over third-party platform enforcement or guaranteed campaign results.

7. Restrictions, suspension, and termination

LEEPSMART may restrict or suspend service when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, platform-policy violations, sanctions or export-control restrictions, or material breach. Customers may not use the services for prohibited products, deceptive advertising, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, or infringement of third-party rights. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and steps available to the customer. A third-party platform may independently restrict an account at any time.

8. Refunds, disputes, and cancellation

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the applicable charge. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 calendar days after we receive the information required to complete our review; the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. Further eligibility and dispute rules are governed by the Refund & Dispute Policy. Subscription cancellation is governed by the Subscription Cancellation Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided with reasonable care, subject to the customer’s order and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEEPSMART is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, customer content, advertising performance, indirect loss, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Digital service and delivery

LEEPSMART provides digital services and does not ship physical goods. Shipping and merchandise-return policies do not apply. Service activation depends on complete customer information, compliance review, the accepted order, and third-party platform availability.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or local law applies.
